The course outcome is to provide the skills and knowledge required to work effectively in a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) as administrative staff, to people providing support in areas such as course coordination, student services, administration, business development and financial services.
The primary pathway from this qualification is employment within a Registered Training Organisation as admin support staff.
There are no formal pre-requisites for this qualification, however the applicant must have access to a RTO workplace to complete the course.

To complete this qualification participants are required to attend to the 4 face-to-face workshops, 10 online sessions (1 hour duration each) and complete 4 assessments tasks in the workplace.
