Presenter

Cynthia is the President and CEO of NetSpeed Learning Solutions, author of Great Webinars: How to Create Interactive Learning that is Captivating, Informative and Fun, and co-author (with Ray Olitt) of her latest book, Peer Power: Transforming Workplace Relationships.

She earned a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Theatre Directing from the University of Washington and promptly entered the corporate arena, first working in a variety of Human Resource roles for nine years at a regional bank, followed by three years as the manager of the training department at Seattle Children's Hospital. She started her consulting practice in 1992 and has since led the development of NetSpeed Learning Solutions, building better leaders and more engaging facilitators in the virtual workplace.
