Developing Training and Assessment Strategies
About this course
This course is for individuals working within an RTO environment responsible for developing, contributing or managing the RTO’s Training and Assessment Strategies (TAS) and practices.
You will learn how to develop, implement, monitor and evaluate TAS and practices, as they define an RTO’s operations and have a significant effect on the RTO’s performance outcomes.
You will be presented with a methodology to create strategies to support quality training and assessment for students and employers.
You will develop the skills and knowledge to design and develop TAS that are relevant to current industry needs, students’ target group, and compliant with clauses 1.1 – 1.6 of the Standards for RTOs.
