Vanessa McCarthy is the founder of Education Compliance Validators, a Validation and Compliance firm that helps RTO’s and corporate companies increase their training and assessment quality and compliance by 100%.

Before devoting herself to full-time work at EDCV, Vanessa gained over 20 years’ experience in the vocational industry in the areas of Quality, Risk, Compliance, Audit and Governance Management. She is focused on and passionate about validation of assessments and mapping to benefit all stakeholders. She is also a wife, mother, artist, loves to motivate others to live more sustainably and positive movement. She also volunteers as the Vice President of the Cairns String Orchestra and a Mentor with the Beacon Foundation. Using both sides of her brain she can see linkages amongst chaos.
