Genevieve Cother is Business Development Manager for The Action Learning Institute (ALI), a private research and training startup using principles of action learning and human-centred design to develop an alternative vocational education model. ALI is the first education institution in the world to deliver nationally recognised qualifications entirely through action learning. This is made possible through unique assessment methods, which link evidence of competency from cloud platforms, such as Youtube, Google+ and G-Suite for Education, directly to Performance Criteria in Australian VET Training Packages.
